The Now Concern
A couple days ago we had the privilege of visiting with a pastor and several of his team members. We love this team and their desire to be better every day.
Companies and organizations bring us in at various stages. Some are new to digital marketing and need a quick start plan. Others have a foundation and are looking to be better while others need to evaluate everything, so they can manage at scale. We always want to know what our client’s heat map looks like and what their biggest “now” concern is.
Prior to this visit we asked the team to submit some questions, so we could prepare and make the best use of their time. Sometimes as consultants we predetermine and prioritize what clients should be concerned about. By asking for pre-meeting input, we ensure we are aligned with our client’s “now” concern and can provide solutions.
